iishaqee.com connects independent service providers with customers who need work done. Whether you are looking to hire help or looking to earn an income by working, our platform handles the connection for any requested essential service.
 
2. Cleaning Service Booking & Pricing
To maintain high-quality standards, all cleaning appointments are subject to the following structural requirements:

• Minimum Booking Duration: The minimum duration for any home or office cleaning visit is 2 hours.

• Property Size & Hours:

  • Properties with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room (or smaller) require a minimum booking of 2 hours.

  • Properties larger than 2 bedrooms and 1 living room require a minimum booking of 3 hours.

• Standard Rates: £70 for a 2-hour session, and £90 for a 3-hour session.

 
3. Payment Terms (Deposit & Cash Balance)

• Upfront Commitment: To secure a cleaning time slot, customers must pay a 30% non-refundable deposit online at the time of booking.

• Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid in cash directly to the cleaning professional immediately upon the successful completion of the work.

 
4. Car Marketplace & Appointment System
iishaqee.com acts strictly as a hosting venue for vehicle advertisements and appointment scheduling.

• Safe Meeting Points: For safety reasons, users are strictly advised to arrange vehicle viewings and test drives in well-lit, public areas with active CCTV coverage (e.g., major supermarket car parks or fuel stations).

• Address Privacy: To protect user privacy, sellers' exact residential addresses will not be published openly on the website. Only the broad area or postcode sector will be visible during scheduling.

• No Financial Liability: Services For All LTD does not handle, process, or hold payments for vehicle transactions. The contract of sale is solely between the independent buyer and seller. We accept no liability for mechanical faults, title disputes, or vehicle conditions.
